With Steam Bath we Will Have a Good Time for Relax

Sometimes we need relax from our routine activity but we cannot we go to anywhere for recreation. Maybe you can use steam bath to have relax and you can own your social time in public steam bath. But this is must to know before go to steam bath. In the steam baths, our body will give a high temperatures and it can be affect to our heart rhythm that can be reach 140 beats per minute, so that if we find ourselves in any of the following situations is not advisable to take steam baths.
Precautions to take steam baths
If it is our first time is advisable to take the steam bath accompanied. After doing sport must rest about 15 minutes before taking steam baths. We must not take steam baths with full stomach or hunger. If we feel exhausted better leave the steam bath for another time. Take a shower long with warm water before entering. We must not forget drink because we are going to sweating a lot.
Classes of steam baths
- Turkish baths: these steam baths consist of a system of rooms that have different temperatures, the first this 45th, the second to 55th and the third with 70th. In the Turkish baths, heat generated is very wet. These bathrooms were in their origin a point of meeting and social relations.
- The sauna: In the sauna heat generated is dry. The temperature of the sauna is between 48 and 65 degrees centigrade and moisture is among the 10 % and 30 %. The atmosphere of the sauna is less humid than that of the Turkish baths.
