Shakira Live Official Theme for the Soccer World Cup 2010 in Africa

Colombian pop star Shakira presented live “Waka waka (This time by Africa)”, official theme for the Soccer World Cup 2010 South Africa, during the inaugural ceremony, as well as in the closing of the championship. The opening concert will take place next June 10 at the stadium Orlando of Sowet, located in the most important city of the headquarters globalist and will have musical performances of international stars in collaboration with major African artists, legends of soccer yesterday and today, celebrities and other personalities.

“Waka waka (This time for Africa)”, is an issue written and co-produced by Shakira and Freshlyground and also will hear the July 11, day in the end of the soccer world cup.
