Fashion Style is Gothic or Sinister
April 12th, 2008
It is not that I am expert in styles such as the sinister, is more a question of curiosity about everything by knowing the difference between what gothic and what sinister, if it is that there and then to read and read on the matter and see all kinds of views on the matter.
The most has convinced me is to be is the same in essence, that is in principle are two translations of a term Anglo-Saxon “Goth” or “Gothic” that is used to designate a single tribe urban, although as usually happens from a group are created subgroups, emerging trends, there are disparate ideas and the initial idea are blurred, to see if we clarify a Recently, the merits of the issue.
Basically sinister translation is real, the best represents the essence of the urban tribe in their origins and includes all the connotations that it and gothic is a literal translation later that remain less representative is more “fashion”, thus to those considered to be claims authentic bothers the term gothic, but to those who like to use that word les appalled that they call claims, according to who see thinks that some are good and other ill and vice versa and in reality is that all are the same, a little chaotic.
Since then the term Goth is much more than a mode of dress, but as far as to its influence in the world of fashion refers to is what in this blog interests us, refers to the use of black clothes, boots, black hair or intense red, makeup pale skin and new red or black for fingernails and lips.
