Caring for Dark Knees

The women care much our personal aspect and some of us has been embroiled in a problem such as that of having the darker skin of the knees than the rest of the body, this is due to several reasons, among them we have the accumulation of dead cells and the thickness of the cornea layer in this part of our body.
The problem of dark knees can improve favorably upon some tips and beauty and practicing some homemade recipes.
Constant friction and exposure to sunlight without the use of sunscreens/sunblocks is a common cause of dark knees. The wrong treatment on the skin especially in the knee was also the cause of dark knees. Hormonal changes in pregnant women that causes pigmentation of the skin are also other causes of that problem.
How to resolve this problem? We can start exfoliating the skin with frequency and applying moisturizing creams. In addition, applies the juice of a lemon one to two times a week to help clarify, so you can use to the area of the elbows, or use Solar protector/sunblocks to protect your skin from UVB and the rays of UVA, when the overexposure can cause dark places on your skin.
